Helen Willink is the wife of retired U.S. Navy Seal Team 3 commander Jocko Willink. Helen was a flight attendant before she met Jocko. She met Jocko on the job in Bahrain where Jonko was stationed at the time in 1990.

After Helen and Jocko Willink met and started dating in Bahrain, she got to know that the boyfriend who would later become her husband owns multiple businesses while still serving in the military.

Rana is the first among the siblings to go after the steps of the father. She is a proud black belt holder from the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With her father’s support, she pushed through the final stage of the training. In a video shared by her father Jocko, it was an emotional moment for the young lady.

Thorson willink

Thorson Willink is a professional wrestler with the Point Loma High Wrestling. He was born on December 4th, 2002 making him 22 years old at the time of this article.

Jocko Willink and his son have a very close bond, he shares a video on Twitter showing father and son bonding and also another where Thorson was preparing a steak for his father.
