Candidates have also been urged to report to the centre at least 30 minutes before the commence of the paper. Students who arrive after the start of a subject paper, according to WAEC, will not be allowed to write the examination.

WAEC, after ending this year’s normal WASSCE for Private Candidates registration on June 22, 2021, proactively extended the Nov/Dec registration period to enable more applicants to register to participate in the examination.

“The normal registration for the examination will start on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, and end Tuesday, August 10. However, there will be a late registration from August 10, 2021, to September 28, 2021,” the Council said in a post.

The Exams Body said the late registration gives applicants who wish to sit for the 2021 Nov/Dec but could not register before the regular registration deadline before the commencement of the examination in November.
