1. Train Yourself To Wake Up Early
Waking up early in the morning has become a difficult task for so many people. However, if you win the morning, you win the day.
To wake up early in the morning is one of the healthy ways to enjoy your day and make every use of it.
You remember the saying, “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.”
Whiles some people are naturally early risers, others too prefer to stay up late and sleep in later in the morning.
At first, I use fond of stopping my alarm whenever it snoozes or should I say addicted to stopping my alarm? Until I trained myself hard enough to get rid of that lazy habit so I can enjoy my day in a productive way.
There are so many reasons a person cannot become an early riser. One of them is lateness to bed due to many distractions from the TV shows, social media, late phone calls, going out late, and returning late.
However, if you want to enjoy your day and get more things done productively, you need to kill these habits. Early rises are linked to success!
2. Spend Some Time To Meditate
The next thing I do after waking up early every morning is I spend 10 minutes meditating.
I take meditation very seriously. And if you want to enjoy your day as a young entrepreneur, then learn to set some time aside to meditate.
Morning meditation will set the mood for your entire day and help you be adjusted, optimistic, and give you a clear picture of the day.
Learn to set aside 10 to 15 minutes of your time to meditate first thing in the morning.
Meditation is a powerful tool. It can benefit you by providing a calm start to the day, giving you more energy, improving your focus, and giving you a sense of well-being.
3. Enjoy A Healthy Breakfast In The Morning
Breakfast, as the name suggests, means breaks the overnight fasting period. I’ve never skipped my breakfast before until there’s a fasting declaration from my pastor.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it will help you enjoy your day well from the start.
Having a healthy breakfast in the morning replenishes your supply of glucose to boost your energy levels and alertness while also providing other essential nutrients required for good health.
4. Have A Positive Mindset
Are you a glass-half-empty or half-full sort of person? Studies have demonstrated that both can impact your physical and mental health and that being a positive thinker is the better of the two.
The New York bestselling author Brian Tracy said, “When you think and talk about what you want and how to get it, you feel happier and in greater control of your life.”
Cultivate a positive mindset to embrace every good thing so you can enjoy your day and become happier in life. Those with a positive mindset can see the bigger picture in every situation.
According to health experts, positive thinking helps with stress management and can even improve your health.

5. Stay Focused
To stay focused means to persist with the task at hand. Don’t get distracted by anything that won’t add any good value to your life.
And one of the things to help you stay focused is to set goals or make a plan. A quote by Benjamin Franklin says, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.”
Many youths want to become successful in life, but they don’t know how to stay focused. Staying focused will help you enjoy your day at work, with your family, business, and whatever you do.
6. Read More Books In Your Spare Time
You have heard me say that every successful person is a reader of books. One of the best feelings I ever have is discovering new ideas to help me in life and my business.

In my spare time, I read many books, primarily audiobooks, to discover new ideas that I can share with you here so you, too, can enjoy your day and become successful in life.
7. Try New Things
Set yourself out to try new things today and kill the giant fears within. Trying new things not only helps you to defeat those fears, but it also allows us to expand our minds and tap into new resources we haven’t explored before.
It’s always easy to stick to your boring old routine, but be open and willing to try new things and see how you’ll enjoy your day.
Let’s read what Karen Anne Hope Andrews, a clinical psychologist based in Dubai, said in an interview, “Habits are powerful, and trying new things brings the possibility of immediate costs if we don’t like the result. We risk not liking the new thing, we risk failure, we fear feeling incompetent or silly, or we fear the judgment of others if we aren’t immediately good at something.”
This explains that to become successful in life, try what you’ve never done before.
8. Spend Less Time On Social Media
Social media is good, but it is a great way to waste some time if you’ve got a few minutes.
Wasting so much time on social media flipping pictures on platforms like Instagram won’t make you productive to enjoy your day.
But you can limit the time you spend on social media sites chatting with friends so you can do other productive tasks like working around your house, reading books, going for a walk, or listening to your favorite music.
9. Learn To Let Go
Some people have trouble letting go of their pain or other unpleasant emotions about their past because they think those feelings are part of their identity. If you’re one, you can never enjoy your day until you learn to let things go.
Dr. Ramani Durvasula says sometimes people can’t let go because they feel they cannot talk about it.
“This may be because the people around them no longer want to hear about it or [the person is] embarrassed or ashamed to keep talking about it,”
10. Be Kind To Others
Kindness increases oxytocin production, which is said to be responsible for, among other things, increasing feelings of happiness.
According to a University of Zurich study, kindness also boosts feelings of trust, which helps reduce anxiety and boost self-esteem.
The “Golden Rule” was quoted by Jesus Christ of Nazareth during his Sermon on the Mount and described by him as the second great commandment.
And this is the “Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
